IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR BODY CORPORATE CLIENTS WITH REGARD TO COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease)
As your Body Corporate Managers, Colcan Strata, has continued to seek information as to what steps may be appropriate to assist Owners to limit transmission of the COVID-19 virus, and to protect themselves and the broader community.
Colcan Strata is committed to assisting and supporting your Body Corporate now and into the future, and we will continue to operate to provide services. We have returned to normal face to face operations.
Our office is open for personal visits from Owners and others, and General and other meetings are now being attended by Owners in person. This of course relies on everyone practising reasonable personal hygiene. Hopefully, we will all continue now in the relative normality of day to day dealings.
