We trust that all of our clients will stay safe during this weather event. Make sure you carry out your safety checks and be prepared in the event that you are affected by Cyclone Alfred.
In the event of urgent damage to your unit, immediately contact State Emergency Services on 132500.
If you have life threatening injuries, you must contact the emergency services on 000.
Body Corporate Brokers may also be contacted on 5668 7800. This applies if your Body Corporate has arranged insurance through that company.
If you Body Corporate has decided to change to a third party Broker, you will need make direct contact with your Broker or Insurer for the purpose of lodging claims.
Our office will be contactable during the course of this emergency, unless power outages affect our ability to remain in operation.
